Large-scale, comprehensive landscape transformation designed through a complete master plan approach. Project scope included full site preparation, grading, and installation of extensive plantings and mature trees, along with custom hardscape features including a natural outcropping retaining wall with integrated seating, ledgestone steps, decorative stone applications, walkways, edging, and crushed stone detailing.

The project also involved advanced drainage and watershed management solutions, including intricate retention systems, French drains, catch basins, and underground tile extensions engineered to redirect and manage water flow across the property while satisfying all city easements and permit requirements. Additional features included management and coordination of aluminum pool fencing, a fully integrated 11-zone Wi-Fi irrigation system, custom landscape lighting, and reconfiguration of underground pet fencing.

Phase Two introduced expanded outdoor living and recreation amenities, including a poured concrete basketball half-court, custom fire feature area, and full-property sod installation to complete the estate-style entertaining landscape environment.
