Master plan design and installation for full-property transformation, beginning with a complete tear-out and reconfiguration of the landscape. Tree canopy was raised to improve light and spatial balance, and a new vinyl fence installed to replace an aging wood structure.
Site drainage was corrected through regrading and the installation of a French drain system in compliance with city requirements. Additions included natural cedar raised planting beds, a flagstone stepping-stone pathway, and a full irrigation system for efficient coverage. The front yard was finished with sod, while the shaded backyard was hand-seeded to accommodate low-light conditions. Project completion included establishment of an ongoing maintenance and lawn care program.
