Landscape renewal and installation following a detailed plan-view design, addressing key site challenges including deep shade, full sun exposure, and excess moisture. Existing garden areas were selectively refreshed and replanted with species chosen for site-specific performance and seasonal interest.

Heirloom plantings were relocated into primary view from the sunporch, enhancing their presence within the landscape. Grading and drainage improvements corrected wet areas, supported by irrigation adjustments. Finished with topsoil, hand seeding, and a clean mulch top dress for a unified finish.
